OGDEN, Utah - David Patten scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as Weber State clinched at least a share of the Big Sky Conference regular season championship with a 73-66 win over Montana on Wednesday night.

Juan Pablo Silveira added 19 for the Wildcats (18-10, 11-4 Big Sky), while Dezmon Harris had 15. Arturas Valeika also had 11 rebounds to go with his nine points for Weber State.

Bryan Ellis led Montana (14-12, 8-5) with 17 points, while Jordan Hasquet added 16.

Harris' three-point play with 5:09 remaining in the game started a 7-0 run for Weber State, giving the Wildcats a 59-56 lead with just more than four minutes remaining. The Wildcats never lost that lead as it outscored the Grizzlies 14-9 in the final 3:32 of the game.

Weber State finished last in the Big Sky Conference a season ago and can win the title outright with a victory in its final game on Feb. 26 at Sacramento State.
