Dickenson suffers third concussion
By the Associated Press

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) - The Canadian Football League is reviewing the hit Saskatchewan's Fred Perry put on B.C. Lions quarterback Dave Dickenson on Friday night that resulted in Dickenson suffering his third concussion in less than two years.

A decision will be announced Wednesday.

The Lions contend Perry's helmet made contact with Dickenson's on the play, which is illegal. However, no penalty was called.

B.C. won the game 42-12 to improve to 3-0 and remain the CFL's only unbeaten club.

Backup Buck Pierce replaced Dickenson but suffered a hand injury late in the first half, forcing the Lions to go to No. 3 Jarious Jackson in the second half.

Dickenson isn't expected to suit up when the Lions face the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (0-3) at B.C. Place on Thursday night.
