Sir Elton rocks Missoula

Elton John landed on stage at the University of Montana's Adams Center Friday night and immediately wondered why it had taken him 50 years to get to Missoula.

“I love Missoula,” he gushed.

The feeling was mutual.

The British rock star wowed the sold-out crowd with trademark glitz and enduring hits, presenting his “Rocket Man Number Ones” show.
