Felony sentences
U.S. District CourtShawn Wesley Walter Wolfe, 35, of Altoona, Iowa, was sentenced for bank fraud, aggravated identity theft and wire fraud to 70 months imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay $4,985.96 in restitution.
Shaun Michael Mercer, 43, of Colville, Wash., was sentenced to five years probation for use of a fraudulent Social Security
number.
Darren James Hellman, 39, of Bozeman, was sentenced to five years probation for subject of a court order in possession of firearms.
Timothy Robert Wurth, 41, of Kalispell, was sentenced for two counts of money laundering to 24 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.
Marcos Oliveras-Coyotl, 33, of Puebla, Mexico, was sentenced to 30 months imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release for illegal re-entry of a deported alien.
