Christopher Lowman was arrested early Thursday and appeared in Justice Court later in the day. His bail was set at $50,000 and his District Court arraignment on the felony aggravated assault charge is scheduled for Monday.
The investigation into Lowman began in mid-August after his daughter was brought to the hospital with suspicious injuries.
