New office



Montana Preferred Properties has opened a new office in the NAPA Center at 153 N. Main St., Suite D, in downtown St. Ignatius.

New ownership



After 26 years in real estate and property management, Pam Lundt is retiring and Louise Rock will become the sole owner of Professional Property Management.

New associates



Roger Mull has joined Allstate Financial Group as a personal financial representative and will provide variable annuity, variable life and mutual fund products, in addition to traditional life insurance and long-term care products.

Emily Zachariasen has joined Countrywide Home Loans as a home loan consultant. She has experience in the mortgage industry in processing, marketing, business development and four years as a mortgage originator.

Nancy Piatt-Butsick has taken a position with Countrywide Home Loans as a home loan consultant. She has more than 12 years of lending experience. She moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 2001.

Frankie Feinstein has been hired as the administrative and development assistant by Habitat for Humanity of Missoula. Feinstein has more than 12 years of experience working for Missoula nonprofits.

Becky Holdorf has joined the accounting firm of Boyle, Deveny & Meyer P.C. CPAs. Holdorf is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of Montana. She was previously employed with Galusha, Higgins & Galusha. She will provide assistance in the tax area.

Kristi Webb has joined Morrison-Maierle Inc. as an environmental scientist. She holds master’s degree in environmental science from Indiana University and two

bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington, one in Norwegian and one in ecology, evolution and conservation biology. Webb has experience in many disciplines, including fisheries, stream ecology, limnology, nutrient cycling, riparian ecology, wetland ecology, conservation biology, aquatic toxicology, nvironmental law and geographic information systems.

Teresa Thomson has joined Morrison-Maierle Inc. in information systems and technology support. She has more than nine years of experience providing technical support, ordering computer parts, processing warranty claims and troubleshooting.

Sylvia Funk has joined RE/MAX Realty Consultants LLC after a career in graphic design. Licensed this year, Funk specializes in residential properties and land.

Jeff Ellis has joined RE/MAX Realty Consultants LLC. Specializing in condos and multi-unit dwellings since 2007, Ellis’ focus will be representing the Uptown

Flats. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and construction.

Kris Nicklawsky has joined the personal training team at the Women’s Club. She received bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Portland. She has been a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 2007.

Tori Riechers has joined Active Physical Therapy & Sports Injury Center. Riechers received her bachelor’s degree and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist whose focus is on orthopedic rehabilitation.

Promotion



Robin Poire, an employee of Professional Property Management for 13 years, has been promoted to general manager.

Craig Coonrad has been promoted to training specialist at the DirecTV call center.

Certification



Brenda Dahl, MSPT, of Gateway Physical Therapy and Wellness has completed certification with Peak Pilates.

Beth Schultes, a compliance officer at First National Bank of Montana, has completed the Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer Program, sponsored by the Independent Community Bankers of America.

Liz Dye, Realtor/e-PRO, of Portico Real Estate has received the of accredited buyer’s representative designation.

Doug Martin of Montana Preferred Properties of St. Ignatius has received the of accredited buyer’s representative designation.

Recognition



Dacy Holland was first in sales and listings for of Coldwell Banker Wachholz & Co.’s Missoula and Plains offices for the month of December.

Brian Harr of 4 Seasons Motors Subaru/Volkswagon was top producer for 2007, averaging 17.5 retail sales per month. He has been with the dealership for 10 years.

The following were Lambros Real Estate ERA’s top producers for December: Bill McQuirk, commercial; Chris and Vickie Honzel, residential; Catherine Taylor, Hamilton; Tillie Marshall, Polson.

Appointed



Kathryn McCleerey has been appointed development officer at St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center’s Foundation. McCleerey previously served as a

coordinator at St. Patrick House, and will continue with fundraising for St. Patrick House in addition to her new duties at the Foundation.
