Missoula won the opener 15-4 in a game shortened to five innings by the 10-run margin rule, then kept the bats going in an 11-6 win in the nightcap.
Andrew Schmautz was 3-for-4 with a bases-clearing triple in Missoula's 10-run fourth inning in the opener. He finished with four RBIs, all in the fourth. Andrew Bewley was 2-for-3 with three runs scored.
The Mavs built an 8-0 lead after three innings of the nightcap. Stuart Breckenridge was 2-for-2, CJ Wulf was 2-for-3 and Brady Satake was 2-for-4 for the Mavs.
Shawn McArthur worked the first six innings to improve to 3-2.
Missoula, 22-15 overall, next travels to the Bozeman tournament, which begins Thursday.

Mariners sweep Red Sox
At Hamilton, the Mission Valley Mariners crossed the plate 28 times while sweeping a Class A Legion doubleheader from the Bitterroot Red Sox.
The Mariners won the opener 19-9 in five innings due to the 10-run margin rule, then took the nightcap 9-6.
John Rausch had a pair of homers and Eric Locke belted another in the M's onslaught in the opener. Rausch drove in five while Tim Rausch drove home three.
Locke improved to 6-0 while pitching the first four innings.
Andrew Shook and Matt Hamlin each drove in two for the Red Sox.
Brandon Roy knocked in three runs and picked up the victory on the mound for the M's in the nightcap. Tyler Linse added a pair of RBIs for the Mariners.
Hamlin paced the Red Sox with a pair of solo home runs, giving him three for the twin bill.
