Billings man missing after Helena trip
Posted on August 1

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a 90-year-old Billings man who hasn't been seen since he traveled to Helena to dispute the revocation of his driver's license.

Ronald Johnston was last seen on July 24 in Helena, where he had gone to speak with Department of Transportation officials about his recently revoked driver's license.

MDT informed him that he could not drive back to Billings and he ended up at a men's shelter.

Billings police say another man staying at the shelter agreed to drive Johnston and his vehicle back to Billings. Neither person has been seen since.

Johnston is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and is balding with gray hair. His car is a 1997 Buick LeSabre with a Meagher County license plate 47-165.
