Officials with the Missoula County Sheriff's Office and the FBI arrested Freddie J. Miller just after 3 p.m. on a fugitive warrant for deliberate homicide. He's being held at the county detention facility on a no-bail hold out of Spokane.
Washington state officials plan to arrange Miller's extradition back to Spokane County to face the homicide charge.
Miller is scheduled to be arraigned in Missoula Justice Court on Monday.
On Friday, a member of the Wild Bunch Motorcycle Club was arrested for wearing a concealed weapon.
William Robert Bernhardt, 57, of Nevada, was allegedly carrying a knife when police arrested him just before 10 p.m. outside of a downtown bar. He posted a $500 bond within the hour and was released.
The Missoula County jail roster showed that just under two dozen people were booked between Friday night and early Saturday morning. Two of the arrests were for drunken driving near the Rock Creek Lodge, while others were ordinary weekend arrests, Hintz said.
Hintz said there was a complaint by several Missoula citizens who tried to engage a group of Hells Angels inside a downtown bar, and were told to leave.
“The local citizens said, ‘You can't tell us what to do, this is our town,' and the response from Hells Angels was ‘Not this weekend,' ” Hintz said.
