New associates
Tony Solorzano has joined Exit Realty Bitterroot Valley Inc.Bonnie Stedman has joined Marketplace Media, a marketing and advertising agency, as a graphic designer. Stedman received a bachelor's degree in media arts from the University of Montana. She started as an intern at Marketplace Media in February.
America Bikes, a coalition of national cycling and trail advocacy nonprofits, has hired Caron Whitaker as the campaign director for the organization. Whitaker will coordinate the efforts of America Bikes as federal transportation legislation takes shape. She brings grass-roots organizing and policy development experience. Most recently, she served as director of community engagement for the National Wildlife Federation. She also has a background in land use and community planning. She holds a master's degree in environmental management from Duke University and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
Promotion
Katrina Dalrymple has been promoted to network administrator at Computer ER. Dalrymple joined Computer ER's networking department in May 2006.
Linda Chilton has been promoted to vice president/retail manager for First National Bank of Montana. Chilton has been with First National Bank of Montana for six years and has 24 years of banking experience. She also holds an American Institute of Banking general banking diploma and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Montana.Certification
Becky Broeder, an interior designer at Hunting & Gathering for the Home, has been certified as an accredited professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
Dr. John Henry Anderson of Peak Performance Physical Therapy has been certified as a specialist in sports physical therapy. Anderson has been with Peak Performance for four years. He graduated from the University of Montana School of Physical Therapy with a doctorate in physical therapy and is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.Elected
Grant Winn Jr. has been elected to the board of directors at Montana 1st Credit Union. Winn was put on the board of directors as an Ad-Hoc member earlier in 2008. John Driscoll, executive director of the Missoula Symphony Association, has been elected to a two-year term on the board of directors of the League of American Orchestras. Driscoll is chairman of Advisory C Orchestras, which consists of orchestras nationwide with maximum annual budgets of $500,000.
Julie Leister, food service director at Hellgate Elementary School, has been installed as the Montana School Nutrition Association president. Leister will promote healthy school meals, raise public awareness on eating nutritious breakfasts and be the liaison between Montana's 200 members and the national association's 65,000 members.
