NorthWestern Energy helps customers in western Montana winterize homes

NorthWestern Energy invites all of its natural gas customers in the Clinton area to attend a Home Energy Event Tuesday, Oct. 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Clinton Elementary School, 20397 E. Mullan Road.

Qualified residential natural gas customers are invited to stop by and pick up a free weatherization starter kit and learn more about weatherization techniques and bill assistance programs. Kits are only available to residential natural gas customers who haven’t yet received a kit either at one of the previous events or through a home energy audit. Other qualifications may apply.

The following Home Energy events also are scheduled this week in the Flathead:

Bigfork n Wednesday, 4-7 p.m., Bigfork Fire Department, 810 Grand Ave.

Columbia Falls n Thursday, 4-7 p.m., North Valley Hospital Community Room, 235 Nucleus Ave.

Whitefish n Friday, 4-7 p.m., Hart Jewelry, corner of Second and Spokane

Kalispell n Saturday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Red Lion Inn Convention Lobby, 20 N. Main
