Missoula Public Library sponsors Political Forum Oct. 27
Oct 23

Representatives of the political parties will present their platforms at the Missoula Public Library’s Political Forum Monday, Oct, 27, at 7 p.m.

Facilitated by the League of Women Voters, the forum will open with the University of Montana’s Christopher Muste, professor of political science and Douglas R. Dalenberg, chair and professor of the department of economics, who will present the issues based on today’s political and economic landscape.

Representatives for the presidential nominees from the Libertarian Party, Constitution Party, Democratic Party and Republican Party will then outline how their candidates will address these concerns.

This is a nonpartisan opportunity to discuss the issues and have questions answered prior to this year’s presidential election.

The Missoula Public Library is located at 301 E. Main St. Call 721-2665 for more information.
