Libby (12-3) needed five games to down Polson (12-6) in the title contest. Both schools earned berths in the State A tournament beginning Thursday in Bozeman.
Earlier in the day, Bigfork swept Ronan in the loser-takes-fourth match before falling in four games to the Pirates in the consolation match.
The Loggers won the marathon championship match 21-25, 25-23, 25-15, 22-25, 15-11.
Jackie Mee knocked down 30 kills and stuffed three blocks for Libby. Devon Hoyer posted 23 digs and three aces for the Loggers and Jordan Refsland set 22 of Libby's 50 assists. Alex Kulbeck contributed three blocks for the Loggers and Alysha Martin had five aces.
Breanne Kelley led the Pirates with 16 digs and a match-high four aces.

Nicole Davey led the Pirates into the title round with a 25-20, 25-18, 24-26, 25-21 win in the consolation match.
Davey totaled 10 kills and two blocks as Polson ousted the No. 2 seed. Staci Benson had 32 digs and Kayla Duford set all 31 of the Pirates' assists. Kelley registered three aces.
The Vals, who closed the season 13-4, received 12 kills from Roxy Thurman and six aces and four blocks from Jill Hamilton.

Bigfork had little trouble winning the loser-takes-fourth match, 25-15, 26-24, 25-15.
Thurman had a match-high 16 kills, while Clair Wilken set 22 assists for the Vals. Emily Hardman had a block for Bigfork and Mallery Knoll scooped 34 digs.
Carli Starkel's 11 kills, 19 digs and three aces led the Maidens, who finished 3-16.
