The service will start at 1 p.m. at the Missoula Children's Theatre, which will open five rooms and broadcast video of the service throughout the building.
Although parking can be difficult downtown, the DoubleTree Hotel has offered its north parking lot to those attending the service.
Because of ongoing treatments, Ginnings struggled to complete his degree in education, but was honored with a special ceremony in late October.
Ginnings' fight with cancer led to construction of a Facebook Web page called “People Who Love Noah Ginnings,” and supporters were still writing notes on the site on Friday evening.
