Marijuana Initiative Oversight Committee has openings

The Marijuana Initiative Oversight Committee has five two-year terms expiring in February.

The Missoula County Commissioners are soliciting applicants to represent the following positions: two county residents, one criminal defense attorney, one medical marijuana patient and one harm reduction advocate.

This is a self-governing committee.

Applications are available at the commissioners' office in the Missoula County Courthouse Annex or at www.co.missoula.mt.us. Submissions may be faxed to 721-4043. The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30.
