New associates
Larry Ochsner has joined the Missoula Property Management maintenance division. Ochsner has 25 years experience in the heating and cooling business.
Lantha Rienhart has joined the management team at Missoula Property Management. Rienhart has 23 years experience in property management. She specializes in new accounts and outreach programs. Rienhart is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is a director for the Western Montana Landlord Association.
Marilyn Wolff has joined the Missoula Aging Services staff as part-time Information & Assistance/State Health Insurance Program specialist. Part of her focus will be assisting seniors, as well as their families and caregivers, with questions related to Medicare and other health insurance programs.
Carrie Waldbillig has joined Montana Real Estate Connection as a Realtor.
Promotions
The Missoula Rural Fire District announced that Capt. Tom Ziegler has been promoted to the position of battalion chief with the department. Ziegler was promoted to engineer on Oct. 3, 1991, and to captain in December 2000.
Designation
Sherrie Featherly, owner of Missoula Property Management, completed the requirement established by the National Association of Residential Property Management for the professional designation of “Residential Management Professional.”

Kari Neumiller was awarded Employee of the Month for October. Neumiller is the account manager at Missoula Property Management
Mary Kay independent sales directors Bridget McMillion of Missoula and Monica Lueck of Florence were awarded the use of new Chevy Equinoxes for their achievement in operating their independent Mary Kay businesses.
Katie Van Dorn with Properties 2000 was Top Listing and Selling Broker for residential, multifamily, commercial, and land throughout western Montana in the last month.
The Missoula Businesswomen’s Network presented DeDe Adams with the MBN Flying High Award. Adams serves on the MBN Synergy Board as the MBN Bitterroot Connections chair. She owns and operates a Hamilton-based business, Montana Basket Bistro.
